Hi everyone,
In response to the overwhelming demand (that's at least one person
besides me), I have posted a new MusicDevice project template for
Xcode 2.1 / CoreAudio SDK 1.41 / Tiger. More useful than the
previous one I made for Panther, in addition to simply passing
validation, this one actually generates sound! It's a no-frills,
stupid-simple monophonic synth with a parameter for selecting one of
the four basic waveform food groups (sine, triangle, sawtooth,
square). Again, it's a carbon view and will work in composite and
non-composite modes. At the very least, it should be a good starting
point for some folks, or so I hope. And hey, I wouldn't mind if you
pressed the "mystery button" either... ;-)

P.S. Feedback encouraged and welcomed. Caveat: it has only been
tested on a PowerBook G4 Titanium 550, but seems to work just fine
thus far...
