Unfortunately, in the CA SDK I have (1.4.1), AUBase::RestoreState()
checks that the AU type matches that of the preset, so none of this
works.
Obviously I can remove that check by commenting out those lines, but
if this is Apple's policy on this then the SDK should probably change.
