Definitely a very good point. However, note that Microsoft would be just as
liable for their API, not to mention that the enemy of the companies seems
to be the p2p apps (rather than rip capability). At the end of the day,
content that's ripped doesn't become damaging to the content owner until
it's shared/given to others.
