I asked about this a year or so again. The response seemed to be "why would you want to". I certainly would want to, and NOT want to rewrite a very sophisticated and successful declicker in another language, so opening up a second front for debugging very complex mathematical programming. If you have to do that, VST would look attractive, being cross platform, despite any other drawbacks.
