AIFF test file needed

Hello!

I´m working on an XCEL and XCDL definition for the AIFF format and so I need a complete AIFF file, which implies all features of this format to test the parser. Normally such test files are distributed by the appropriate institution but unfortunately I can´t find anything at the Apple Developer Pages and the support refer me to this list. So I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
