get notification on sound change

Hi
How can i get "System Preference->Sound->Sound Effect->Play user
interface sound effect" ? How can i get notification on change above
property ?
I want to register notification on above property changed. I am able
to
register notification for mute "kAudioDevicePropertyMute ".
But i am
not able to find the above property.
Which property is responsibe for above ?
