OK, per your suggestion, things seem to be working perfectly. The
tempo bit even makes a bunch more sense, and you were right, it looks
like a tempo map was necessary based on how the clock was turned on
and off with the tempo in this app.
One last thing I'm noticing - clocks don't seem to work with virtual
output ports?
I've created a virtual output port (an output FROM the clock utility),
and it's a port I've confirmed mechanically works (with other inputs -
I'm using MIDIReceived(), etc). Adding it to the list of MIDI
endpoints for sending MIDI clock doesn't seem to return an error and
doesn't begin sending clock pulses.
Is there any word on this?
