And just to be clear - noone on this list is a lawyer and no legal
advise is being provided to you, nor should it be implied. The advise
you have been given is to go and read the license and if you have any

So to make is clear: I would like to use Apple code in a GPL project.
Is it possible or not?
The short answer is: yes it is possible. But now go and actually
read the license terms and make sure that you follow them according
to your use. Honestly, it's only like 4 short paragraphs, and (as
has already been pointed out) they are included at the beginning of
every single source file in Apple's SDKs, and you could have gotten
your answer in a tenth the time if you had just read those. Which
you still need to do anyway...
