Yes. If you look it up in the Xcode docs, it's in the Window Manager Reference, with breadcrumb path
ADC Home > Reference Library > Reference > Carbon > User Experience > Window Manager Reference >

"Carbon > User Experience" is the giveaway that this is High-Level Toolbox, i.e. the stuff that's going away.
