Yes. The Metro sequencer used to do this for quite a while and
AudioHijack Pro still does it. There might be others but I need to
check the list that I have, I don't recall which ones off the top of
my head.

I'd be really happy if Apple would finally make Carbon go away, this
whole business of having to deal with different UI technologies is
nasty to begin with and it requires ugly hacks to make it work in all
hosts.
