Can we copy left channel to right channel in realtime on audioqueues?
Is there specific configuration that lets us do this?

I'm streaming audio but some streams are only in 1 channel. So when
you put your hearphones, your right ear won't hear anything.

I tried this on both SnowLeopard and iPhone OS 3.x: if you provide mono content, it is split to both channels.

If you provide stereo content with a silent channel, there is no way to have it downmixed to mono.
