Well that is certainly good to know. More interesting still will be the
number of cores accessible to individual plugins (or tracks).
High-Performance Audio (as I define it) means not just running more of
something that we can already run a few of, but running new thirsty
processes we currently can't run in real time at all.
Though I am actually more disappointed at what appear to be significant
limitations to the use of OpenCL for streaming audio. That would have
seemed ideal for running (say) FFT-intensive processes, which are
ideally suited to a synchronous massively-parallel machine.
