why do you want these codecs?

/tmp/test % arch -arch i386 afconvert test.wav -o test.aifc -d 'MAC3' -f 'AIFC' /tmp/test % arch -arch x86_64 afconvert test.wav -o test.aifc -d 'MAC3' -f 'AIFC' Error: ExtAudioFileSetProperty ('cfmt') failed ('fmt?') /tmp/test %
