I don't mind dropping support for these formats.
I had just hardcoded support for these :) When I noticed they were not
working in 64 bit, I checked for a way to determine if they are
available, and found CAAudioFileFormats from the core audio sdk.
CAAudioFileFormats says that they are available, so I thought these
formats were broken for some reason, and nobody noticed, and I had to
report this. I guess I will just be checking if I am 32 or 64 bit to
enable/disable support for these formats.
