Of course you can. That's why I said some hosts "prefer" the Carbon
UI. That kindof implies that you have both in your AU. In my AUs I
simply use a Carbon wrapper to display the Cocoa UI which works great.
Other companies do this as well - it's easy and hassle free for the
end user.
