Hi,
I'm posting here in the hope that someone can help me out.
We're using Juce to host AudioUnits and there seems to be a problem related to some of the standard Apple AudioUnits that ship with MacOSX, most notably the ones that display a custom EQ Filter Cocoa view. Due to the way that Juce wrap the AU views, it seems that a resize event trickles up towards the AU's NSView and it causes an assertion to fail.
This is the relevant gdb output:
JUCE v1.52.73
name: Apple: AUFilter
info: Apple's multi-band filter
Opening AU: AudioUnit:Effects/aufx,filt,appl
name: Apple: AUFilter
info: Apple's multi-band filter
2010-10-07 14:45:28.650 Plugin Host[3198:a0f] *** Assertion failure in -[AUFilterCustomView parameterValue:], /SourceCache/CoreAudioUI/CoreAudioUI-65.4/Source/CoreAudioUI/AUUI/CocoaCustomViews/EQ/Filter/AUFilterCustomView.mm:291
Does anyone have any idea what kind of assertion this might be?
Thanks,
Geert
