Simple midi packet send.

Hello everybody.
I will try to make my question as simple as possible and hope someone will be able to give me some information.

I am actually working on a small emulation project which allow users to play vintage computer musics.
So far the project is working fine and I decided to add a midi output.

The conversion to midi packet doesn't seems to be the hardest point, while I still need to work on it.

My problems start here.

In Audio Midi Setup I set up a connection including my Midi interface as well as my synthetizers.
Let's say I only have one, "MT 32" for example.

I would like to know if there is an easy way to access my "MT 32".
I guess I should be able to request a connection to the midi interface port (the one who is connected to the "MT 32") and then "simply" send data to a specific midi channel.

A tutorial would be greatly appreciated.

Coding it in Objective-C or C is acceptable.

Thank a lot for your future help.

Alex Rouge
