FWIW, Dirac LE is free and anyone can download it from their web site
so it shouldn't be a problem. Worst case all you need is a link for
your users to follow in order to get the library.

I wrote a freeware player once (on Windows) which required the free
Dirac DLL in order to run and do its thing and I emailed them and they
gave me permission to redistribute it. All I'm saying is that they
were pretty accommodating to me when asked, so maybe it would be a
good idea to ask them about it.
