Code signing question - HELP :-)

Hi all,

I am working on a Mountain Lion compatible version of our plug ins and
I wanted to code sign them as per Apple's recommendation.

However, contrary to how code signing works for apps (Archive >
Distribute... > Export Dev ID signed) this doesn't seem to work for
AudioUnits. I never get this far, the only options I get are "Save
built products" and "Export as Xcode Archive". This is probably
because Cocoa AUs have an embedded view factory bundle that also
contains executable code.

So my questions is: how do I code sign an AudioUnit? There seems to be
zero information on this on the Apple site.

Thanks!!
