network MIDI connection denied

Hi All,
I’m using network MIDI in an iOS app.  It actually works fine for me, but after an update, two users are reporting an access denied error when trying to connect on the computer side.   It still works for me, so I’m having a tough time coming up with a solution.

Is there anything other than this that I need to do to allow network MIDI connections?

[[MIDINetworkSession defaultSession]  setEnabled:YES];
[[MIDINetworkSession defaultSession] setConnectionPolicy:MIDINetworkConnectionPolicy_Anyone];

Thanks,
Ben
