How are CoreMIDI input timestamps (the packet->timeStamp field) created ? Are
they related to the value given by AudioGetCurrentHostTime ?
(we see quite important differences between the AudioGetCurrentHostTime value
and the packet->timeStamp field value, when reading from a Bluetooth MIDI
device, and much less when reading events coming from IAC busses)
Does this depend of the underlaying driver? USB ? IAC busses ?
