Dale,
Since you are not expecting any assistance, any further posts on this
issue are only serving to agitate the list.
This thread is closed. Please, everyone, refrain from any further
replies to this thread.

As one of the primary developers of darwinbuild, don't plan on
getting response from me either.
Why would I expect anything from you, it's not my software that's
screwed up, it's yours, if you fix it great, if not, no problem,
I'll still build the Darwin/Mac OSX software regardless.
I asked politely how and where any why to report issues. This is
not a Darwin Development issue, it's a problem with DarwinBuild
(an OpenDarwin project). Don't expect every piece of software that
happens to build on Darwin/Mac OS X to use this mailing list as a
bug reporting venue.
The issue is in part part of the perl project so yes I believe this
is the relevant venue for mentioning/discussing the problem.
The problem that seems to most public is the attitude that those
involved are too high and mighty to get off their high horse to see
what the problem is or even ask an intelligent question.
Participation is a two way street, I'm not about to waste my time
and resources waiting to assist someone in isolating the problem.
I've seen the flaming that occurs around here and for the most part
I keep to myself because getting along isn't a theme around here
and I have no interest in befriending anyone here or doing their
work for them.
Since you don't seem to critical about the problem, I'll just keep
it to myself and as you progress the darwinbuild project you can
continue to carry on the problem until it become catastrophic and
hopefully it happens to you before it happens to some unsuspecting
soul because at least you were made aware of an issue but chose to
do nothing about it.
I've looked a little further into it and can say with certainty
that darwinbuild is not totally at fault with this project, good
luck in fixing it.

OK so when they ask me questions about the problem I'll have
answers so why are you opening your pie-hole???
Bye Dale. You are the first person (well except for Xah) I have
setup to go direct /dev/null.

Good, then I don't have to worry about moronic responses coming
from you now.
