Copying sym files is an alternative. I just wanted to know why mounting is not possible anymore, since it has been there for other version of osx. And there are quite a bit of different SYM versions for each main releases like 10.8, 10.9, 10.10.
If it is the way going forward, meaning that no more mounting possible for Debug Kits, then either we will have build our own sum server, or may be there is some online sum server mechanism, that I don’t know.
Anyone from Apple can enlighten on this ???

I copied all symbol files and provided lldb a path to it, though I did not have problems with mounting. Actually, I never used mounted dmg for debug as I keep all SYM and script files on system volume.
