I believe DTS is still PC only. They use a ActiveX control to read the CAC or soft cert.

Take a look at Superdiem.com for per diem rate lookup and the membership section to create "authorizations".

Although, this site is unofficial, the algorithms used addresses many of the short comings of DTS. This site is built on a mac, and is deployed on a mac.
