[Fed-Talk] Macs in Interoperability

  • Subject: [Fed-Talk] Macs in Interoperability

Is there anyone out there using Macs to do any kind of Nato or coalition interoperability? A while back some colleagues of mine at NC3A had some PowerMacs they were using for Java development for ICC. I even heard a rumor that they played around with trying to get ICC to run on a Mac.

In my office I'm writing some Java, Perl, and Unix shell scripts to parse a Nato ATO into something TBMCS can import. Most of this is done on Sun workstations (Blade 1500s and v240s). Is there anyone in any of the other services using Macs for coalition C2 interoperability?
