However, I think that the Bonjour is visible only on the local subnet??? I just wish that Windows were as user friendly as the Mac. All I had to do was enter my router's IP on my Mac Book and it found the drive. It was even easier on my local net, a message popped up saying that the drive had been found.
I haven't tried it yet, but perhaps the hosts file in Windows needs to have my home router IP listed?

Just a thought, but do you have to have Bonjour for Windows installed on the Windows machine?
