There's also MXI Security's Stealth MXP flash drives and Outbacker
USB 2.0 external hardrives: http://csrc.nist.gov/cryptval/
140-1/1401val2007.htm#748
Stealth MXP: http://www.mxisecurity.com/?p=products&i=stealth_mxp
Outbacker: http://www.mxisecurity.com/?p=products&i=outbacker_mxp
They're not currently fully supported on Macs, but that's supposed to
be fixed by summer. As it is, I've been able to work with them on my
Mac by setting them up in Windows for biometric authentication. On
MXI's drives, biometric authentication is run completely from the
drive itself, so it doesn't care what platform it's been plugged into
(we tested this on a Red Hat box and a Mac) as long as you've are
authenticating with the finger or thumb that the drive's been set to
accept.
Thanks,
Rich

The last time I researched this (about 18 months ago), PGP was the
only software-only FIPS 140-2 certified file encryption product
available for the Mac.
I also looked into encrypted hard drives at the time (there was a
short dicussion thread here on fed-talk). The only devices with an
actual certification I was able to find that appeared to be
compatible with Macs were the "SecureD" product line made in Norway
by HIgh Density Devices:

I have not had an opportunity to give one of them a spin, however.
