Curved LCD screen on the iMac. You
heard it here first!
I've got a 27" screen. Looking
at the edges, or documents that are arrayed across the screen produces
odd effects. A screen with a slight bend to it from left to right
would allow each part of the document to be the same distance from the
viewer's eyes. Would work great, especially for screens larger than
27"!

it. Very cool. I see now why folks laughed at me when I thought
it would tip over. It's a lot more solid footing than I thought from
photos. That thing is huge, though.
I am waiting for the iMac Air -- no hard disk or optical drive, just flash
memory for storage. By getting rid of the storage bays and putting the
flash memory on the board, Apple will be able to make it much thinner.
Since it will not need a battery, it will be much lighter (per square inch
of screen) than than the MacBook Air.
I think it will be cool.
