"Too bad SMS isn't... Voice command and speech to text is the one area that I really think iOS lags behind Android."
If you're looking for speech to text on iOS, download Dragon Dictation. It's probably the most impressive and most useful free app that I've seen. You can send dictated text directly to an SMS message, mail messages, the note pad, or even Facebook and Twitter (if you're into those things).
Beyond that, I can't say that I've had any experience with voice interaction on Android handsets. How extensive is their voice support?
