Would NIST's priority list change at all if they actually heard from
some .mil constituents? Would Beverley Trapnell or Randall Easter be
appropriate?

Looks like the evaluations are actually contracted out to private
labs? Who has the iPad module? It's in the initial "Implementation
Under Test" phase, which appears to be not be governed by any clock
