On what environment do you use it? When I tried it a few years ago it was required to connect the computer to the NMCI network first (I think to validate credentials). I contacted Thursby and they verified I had to connect to the network first. Macs are not allowed on the NMCI network without a waiver. Even after I got the waiver then the Mac would not work (not CAC related) and since that is a legacy function, there was no one that could get the Mac recognized on the network before I could even try Thursby again.
