As the moderator of this forum I have never reprimanded people for their posts and in general I don't really have the time to read every comment that gets posted to the forum, however I would like to ask that we keep the discussions on topic and realize that the topic for this forum is loosely defined. I'm fairly certain that this post is not in the spirit of what this list was originally setup for and that there are a gazillion blogs/places on the internet where your issues can be "vent"ed. If you are having product problems there are Apple Systems Engineers that monitor this site and there is a pretty good chance that one of them is responsible for the account which you are associated with. Ask for their help if you don't know who they are. I believe that there are much more constructive ways to share your frustrations and have them communicated to our engineering organization or have product enhancements communicated to the appropriate parties through these Systems Engineers.

I always knew no matter what I bought, it would work. It would often blow me away with things that would make me say, "wow... how did they think of that?"

I have lost iCloud files... iTunes crashes at least 3 times per week.... We still don't have itunes extra on Apple TV (even though Steve said it would be here in November 2010)...

I'm starting to wonder if the selection of Tim Cook was because maybe Steve wanted someone that could absolutely not even come close to the level of quality that he produced....

You invalidated everyone's iPad add-on hardware with that one... I think 4th gen iPad will piss people off more than anything.

I MIGHT by the iPad mini for my kids... but at the same time, I can craigslist and get a better one for less.
