...uh, you mean that mistakes happen in war? Or that someone who claims to be an unbiased "journalist" would carefully edit such a video for the explicit purpose of impacting public opinion?
Please keep this kind of stuff off the list. (And yes, I am extremely familiar with this, so spare me any lectures.)

Law enforcement agencies may already track cell phones in realtime without warrants. How is it automatically a "transgression" for a file containing UDIDs to exist on an FBI laptop?
