We are working on one, but we don't have anything final. We are different than DOE, much more lax.
I'd say there are at least 80 BYOD (iPhone, and iPad) in this building alone.
While they are not accessing our network for anything other than email (and as far as I know, no new people are being allowed on activesync, but existing are grandfathered in), they are using them all the time.
The whole email thing we are fighting over makes no sense...
Whats the diff between OWA (Outlook Web Access) and ActiveSync? If you ask me ActiveSync is more secure because at least we can remote wipe the device...
But some genius has determined it to be a threat somewhere in life.
