My co-worker figured out what needed to be done to get outgoing emails to
"work" with "New Outlook".
In Account Settings -> Security (see attached)
make sure to check:
- Send digitally signed as clear text
- include my certificate
Guess this is a new "feature". YMMV. So, not sure if there is anything to
report to Microsoft in this case (though I feel as if we had the rug pulled
out from under us).
