finder crashes viewing package contents

I'm finding the following happens all the time:

- View package contents of an installer pkg by right clicking on it in the finder and selecting view package contents

- make a change to the Info.plist

- save changes

- close package contents window

- run installer

- go to finder and repeat step one above - Finder crashes

v 10.4 latest updates applied.

Can others confirm this or is it just me?
