I have to ask: What is the advantage of maximizing the installer window?
I'm having trouble understanding why that would be a requirement. Unless
it's one of those "That's the way it works on Windows" things from
management. In which case I understand.
And, yes, I know this doesn't help you at all, but I'm curious in case
I'm missing something interesting I could do with the installer.
(I probably go weeks without ever clicking a maximize button, on either
Mac or Windows--but then I'm usually working on a 30" monitor.)
