In the package's Contents/Resources folder, there's a file called
TokenDefinitions.plist which contains a dict with two keys, each
having the name "pkmk-token-*", which call out the two apps being
diverted.  But why is it there, and why these two apps and not the
other two, and how do I get rid of it?
