Not entirely. For example, I can drag-install an application into / Applications without authenticating.

Looking at this document:

I see that what we would like to have used to be available. That is, if the
user is already an admin, we don't want them to have to authenticate. Is
this no longer available, why?


And why is this doc so out of date?
