FlightCheck like tool for packaging?

  • Subject: FlightCheck like tool for packaging?

Is there a tool available where we can QC or flight check a pkg
installer? In the publishing field we use MarkzWare FlightCheck, which
let's you check an inDesign or QuarkXPress document against a vast
number of criteria before going to output.

We work with so many techs that we want to be able to provide them
with a tool to validate the pkg. Ideally such a tool would allow us to
set criteria. For example ability to set a flag for embedded
AppleScripts that toss up modal dialog boxes ala the Citrix
installerfrom hell:

And like checking for script syntax, etc...any ideas?

Thanks,
Don
