That would be extremely useful, but unfortunately I'm not aware of anything of the sort. Even a tool that helps with manual inspection would be good (as PackageMaker frequently lies to you if you drag and drop a .pkg on it, and Pacifist only deals with the payload contents).
Stephane, how about a PkgLint based on Cong (which is really neat! :)?
