Packagemaker install button does nothing

Greetings,
We have a user reporting that the Install button in our Packagemaker
installer does nothing. Normally, this button pops up a dialog
requesting administrator credentials. In this user's case, nothing
happens. The button is not greyed out, it simply does not work. The
user is running Mac OS X 10.7.1. We have been unable to reproduce the
issue on our machine running Mac OS X 10.7.1. We do not run any
custom scripts in the installer. The installer log from the user's
machine is as follows:

The log does not appear to contain any errors. Our installer can be

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is there any additional
information that I should collect from the user? Thank-you for your
