Truncated welcome text in Installer

I'm using PackageMaker version 3.0.6 and I'd like to customize the title text on the Welcome dialog.
 
Currently the text reads "Welcome to the [ProductName] Installer" but this is getting truncated as our [ProductName] is too long. Is there a way in which I can either customize the wording or make the Installer dialog bigger.
