I'm using PackageMaker version 3.0.6 and I'd like to customize the title
text on the Welcome dialog.
Currently the text reads "Welcome to the [ProductName] Installer" but
this
is getting truncated as our [ProductName] is too long. Is there a way in
which I can either customize the wording or make the Installer dialog
bigger.
AFAIK, there's no way to do this.
If the title is too long, Installer will decrease the size of the
font. On recent OS version, it may display the title on 2 lines (but
I'm not sure whether this is a new bug or a new feature).
It's the heading I'm having trouble with not the title of the dialog. I'm
running it on OS 10.8.1 and previously 10.7.4 but never found that it
reduces the font size or displays the title over more than one line.
Strange.
