A while back I investigated a similar leak with OTConnect. It turned out that it was a bug in the Open Transport compatibility library. That bug was filed as Radar ID 2897246 and is reported as fixed in Jaguar. I could not come up with a reasonable workaround for 10.1.x.

However, OTSimpleServerHTTP does not call OTConnect so it's quite possible that this is another bug. Please file a formal bug report and we'll take a look.
