PPPOE and ethernet problem

Dear Friends:

I have a problem with my application. I have an application that sends packet
into ethernet. the device that recieves the packet works only if the packet is
encapsulated in
IP packets and there is no PPP encapsulation. On the other hand after pppoe
negotiation, I lose "enet0" interface and I get "ppp0" instead. I want to
write a small program to
1- add "enet0" after pppoe negotiation
2- route all packets with a specific network address to the "enet0" so my
packet would not be encapsulated in ppp

Can you help me How should I write this program? which library I should use
and which functions I should call?

Best Regards
Mani Hamzian
