That's pretty strange. I've never seen that address hard coded into
our systems and I've looked at this stuff pretty closely. My
suggestion would be for you to wait for the TCP/IP stack to come up
fully kOTStackWasLoaded and then just ask OTInetGetInterfaceInfo for
the IP address. This has the added advantage that you don't need to
use Network Setup at all.
