It doesn't work that way. The BSD TCP stack knows virtually
*nothing* about DHCP. DHCP is done by a user space program, configd,
and the interface to configd is the System Configuration framework.
That's as low as it goes.
Why do you want to get this from BSD rather than from SCF?
