Off the top of myhead, the following should do the trick:
CFMutableArrayRef serviceOrder;
serviceOrder = nil;
err = MoreSCCopyServicesDictMutable(nil, nil, &serviceOrder);
if (err == noErr) {
... mess with the serviceOrder array ...
err = MoreSCSetServicesDict(nil, nil, serviceOrder);
}
CFQRelease(serviceOrder);
