Hi Peter,
This sounds like you're right.
It could be fixed, though; If people are using the IC API anyway, instead
of patching the resources directly (I no longer know anybody who does,
nor would it be necessary).
The API is just a "front-end" to the database, which means the
information can be stored in any way IC like.
Each set could be moved into its own resource; allowing for 2700 sets,
*or* we could go straight to the data-fork instead.
The source-code for Internet Config was released a few years ago, which
is very nice.
I do not think that the "engine" itself changed much; as it was written
as a universal engine. :)
